We pride ourselves on delivering value as well as demonstrable cost savings and results based outcomes for clients.

RECRUITMENT & RESOURCING

Our Recruitment and Resourcing division has been established for 2 years. We have built up a national reputation for providing interim staff during periods where a service requires improvement or maintenance of service provision. This can be a project managed team approach whereby we will provide a team of experienced ‘frontline’ staff to ensure a high degree of service is maintained during a period of change or

We have a network of associates and in house consultants providing expertise across Childrens and Adults Services and recognise that a career path is available for professionals across the services.

We take a thorough brief from the client, enabling you to concentrate on your service delivery whilst we seek suitable staff. We fully understand the depth and breadth of a requirement and the type of person or people required to fill the gaps. We will establish what your driver is for seeking an interim staffing solution; whether it be access to specific and shortage skills, leadership, maintenance of service, cost savings or for strategic reasons for example freeing up other resources for projects. This will help us ensure we meet your needs rather than just providing you with a ‘body’!

All associates are subject to a thorough vetting process which includes a minimum of 2 recent references, CRB, registration and qualifications.

We are continually expanding our database to include professionals of all levels across Health, Education and Social Care and so welcome enquiries from individuals interested developing their career through Outcomes UK.

                              WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

In today’s changing landscape of children’s services, one of the key areas for organisations to consider is the skilling of the workforce to be able to meet legislative, client and service demands. It is also recognised as a key factor in retention of staff in the increasingly competitive workforce market.

Our Training and Workforce Development team boasts a wealth of skills and experience in training, staff development and continuing professional advancement across social work, social care, education, mental health and human resources. Great pride is taken in the excellent feedback received from both customers and course participants.

We operate our own NVQ centre, registered with City & Guilds, which enjoys exceptional completion and satisfaction rates. The centre specialises in the Health & Social Care Award “Children & Young People” programme to a wide range of candidates, including residential workers, foster carers and support workers.

                              MANAGED SERVICES

The staff at Outcomes UK have a huge experience of managing operational services, which, combined with our organisation's resources, equips us to deliver specialist children's services on the client's behalf -usually through multi-year contracts. Our team benefits from having a range of education, health and social care experience and is practised in working in multi-disciplinary environments. Consequently, we understand the importance of working with others - managing the interfaces with other departments, providers and stake-holders to ensure a joined-up approach.

Our clients also benefit from the synergy generated through our partnerships with other organisations. For example, we operate a joint venture - Children First, with Mouchel Parkman Services, which is a DfES approved provider and delivers the strategic management of a Local Authority Children's Services Directorate, covering all children's education and social care services. We have a complementary partnership with CPC Ltd and IDM Ltd under our DoH and DfES frameworks that brings together a combined skill set and experience focused upon supporting NHS Trusts and Local Authorities to integrate and commission health and social care services, whether for children, adults or elderly.
